Our team has been working with Rivage Day Spa since it’s grand opening in 2017. Going into their 3rd sucessful year, and located in the heart of downtown Birmingham, Rivage Day Spa is the premier spa in Metro Detroit.
Our team has integrated their eCommerce system, which is built on Woo Commerce, with their Mind Body suite of spa scheduling features including electronic gift card integration and online group reservation system.
Branding and messaging is key to communicate the luxury and high level of service at Rivage Day Spa. Our team developed all the in-spa print materials, social media management, and web and email marketing promotions.
Through an experience follow-up process that reaches out to clients 36 after their spa experience for feedback, we have acquired over 364 Google reviews – 250 of those over the last 18 months.
