Sumo Sweet developed a 360° brand campaign for Citizens State Bank. As one of few remaining banks that loan deposits and assets locally, it was important that Citizens State Bank highlight their biggest asset, local business. The campaign features four local businesses and actual bank clients benefiting from Citizens State Bank services, and able to fulfill their dream as a small business owner because of the bank’s “loan-locally” policy.

The campaign was featured in branches as larger-than-life posters, in local newspaper and magazine ads, and as vignettes on the bank’s website. Bank managers and tellers also passed out “keep it local” $5 bank gift cards in their community to reward individuals who “kept it local” by shopping at local business in their community.
