Magformers.com launched in October 2015. The online store is built on the Magento E-commerce platform, which is the leading enterprise e-commerce platform available. The site hosts a B2C and B2B storefront.
Functionality includes gift messaging, user login with social media, wish lists, and Coppa Compliance checks. The B2B portal enables over 1,800 Magformers resellers to re-order through the website and receive items in case-pack quantities with unique discounts. Resellers are also able to pay for orders with a credit card or with terms, which bypass the entire payment process and initiates invoicing from the back office.
The Magformers.com site also features a retailer locator, where customers can find a retail location close to them. The site is also capable of handling multiple types of coupons, offers, offer codes, and shipping price rules, that are enabled from the Magento back-end.
Build Magformers App
An app was built for Magformers where kids can navigate and view all the idea booklets for each build, as well as upload photos of their own Magformers creations to the app.
